Видалення облікового запису MedVibe

Ця сторінка пояснює, як видалити обліковий запис у додатку MedVibe (розробник — Karavan Studio, ФОП Караван Андрій Леонідович) і які дані при цьому видаляються.

1. Видалення в додатку

  1. Відкрийте MedVibe і увійдіть у свій обліковий запис.
  2. На головному екрані натисніть на профіль угорі, щоб відкрити список профілів.
  3. Біля свого профілю з позначкою «Власник» натисніть значок олівця.
  4. Натисніть «Видалити профіль» і підтвердіть видалення головного акаунту.
  5. Введіть код підтвердження, який ми надішлемо на вашу електронну пошту.

Після підтвердження обліковий запис і дані з розділу 3 видаляються одразу.

2. Видалення без додатка

Якщо додаток уже видалено або немає доступу до нього, надішліть лист на support@medvibe.app:

  • з тієї адреси, з якою ви входите в MedVibe (через Google або Apple);
  • з темою «Видалення облікового запису».

Ми можемо попросити підтвердити, що обліковий запис належить вам. Видалимо дані протягом 30 днів і повідомимо вас листом.

Якщо ви користувалися MedVibe без входу, ваші дані зберігаються лише на пристрої. Щоб їх видалити, видаліть додаток.

3. Що видаляється

  • обліковий запис (електронна пошта, ім'я);
  • усі ваші профілі та профілі членів сім'ї, зокрема дата народження і стать;
  • ліки, домашня аптечка, фото упаковок;
  • розклади нагадувань та історія прийому, зокрема вода;
  • плани тренувань, тренування й підходи;
  • неприйняті запрошення, які ви надіслали або отримали;
  • ваш доступ опікуна до чужих профілів.

4. Що зберігається

  • Запис у чужих профілях. Якщо ви були опікуном або членом сім'ї в чужому профілі, власник бачитиме, що ваш акаунт видалено. Доступу до його даних у вас більше немає.
  • Історія покупок. Дані про підписку зберігають Google Play, App Store і RevenueCat відповідно до своїх правил і вимог законодавства.
  • Знеособлені дані. Аналітика й журнали збоїв Firebase не прив'язані до облікового запису й видаляються автоматично за їхніми строками зберігання.

5. Дані на пристрої

Показники здоров'я (вага, тиск, глюкоза, сон), зокрема ті, що імпортовано з Apple Health і Health Connect, зберігаються лише на вашому пристрої і на наш сервер не надсилаються. Вони видаляються разом із додатком. Записи води, які MedVibe додав до Apple Health або Health Connect, можна видалити в цих додатках.

6. Часткове видалення

Обліковий запис не обов'язково видаляти, щоб прибрати окремі дані. У додатку можна видалити окремі ліки, записи історії прийому, тренування й додаткові профілі.

Delete your MedVibe account

This page explains how to delete your account in the MedVibe app (developer: Karavan Studio, PE Karavan Andrii Leonidovych) and which data is deleted.

1. Delete in the app

  1. Open MedVibe and sign in to your account.
  2. On the home screen, tap the profile at the top to open the list of profiles.
  3. Next to your profile marked "Owner", tap the pencil icon.
  4. Tap "Delete Profile" and confirm deleting the main account.
  5. Enter the confirmation code we email you.

Once you confirm, your account and the data in section 3 are deleted immediately.

2. Delete without the app

If you've already removed the app or can't open it, email support@medvibe.app:

  • from the address you sign in to MedVibe with (via Google or Apple);
  • with the subject "Account deletion".

We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by email.

If you used MedVibe without signing in, your data is stored only on your device. To delete it, uninstall the app.

3. What is deleted

  • your account (email address, name);
  • all your profiles and family members' profiles, including date of birth and gender;
  • medications, the home medicine cabinet, package photos;
  • reminder schedules and intake history, including water;
  • workout plans, workouts and sets;
  • pending invitations you sent or received;
  • your caregiver access to other people's profiles.

4. What is kept

  • A note in other people's profiles. If you were a caregiver or family member in someone else's profile, its owner will see that your account was deleted. You no longer have access to their data.
  • Purchase history. Subscription records are kept by Google Play, the App Store and RevenueCat under their own policies and legal requirements.
  • De-identified data. Firebase analytics and crash logs aren't linked to your account and are deleted automatically after their retention periods.

5. Data on your device

Health metrics (weight, blood pressure, glucose, sleep), including those imported from Apple Health and Health Connect, are stored only on your device and are never sent to our servers. They are deleted together with the app. Water entries MedVibe added to Apple Health or Health Connect can be deleted in those apps.

6. Deleting some data only

You don't have to delete your account to remove specific data. In the app you can delete individual medications, intake history entries, workouts and additional profiles.
